Post & rail fence repairs and installation of new post & wire fence to paddock, competitive price, Carl & Luke pleasure to work with would definitely recommend and use them again.

Highly recommend. Good price, excellent workmanship. Made bespoke fencing to keep our dog in garden. Neat and tidy workers. Great Job, very satisfied.

Did not appear to know what they were doing. Slipshod work, with scant attention to quality or service. Unable to start strimmer to clear work area. Digging close to oil tank on Friday afternoon, Clarke's workers repeatedly hit and finally smashed through our domestic fuel line. After a noisy row between workers and Carl Clarke, all left without finishing the fence, handing us a plumber's card and telling us to contact the plumber and get it fixed over the weekend. This left us without heating and hot water for three weeks. Eventual cost of fixing the fuel line and two days of our time to remedy fault was more than we had agreed to pay for erection of the fencing. Clarke returned three times to demand payment despite neither finishing the job nor providing an invoice. On third return, demanded money once more, became angry, entered property, demolished the fence and pulled out the posts. Fortunately, posts were quickly and easily slipped out without further damage to property. Left fencing screws scattered over gravel car park, one of which caused a puncture. We are now significantly out of pocket repairing damage and have had to engage a proper fencing contractor. Contacted C E Clarke's business address to request reimbursement, but received no reply. Have never experienced this kind of bad workmanship nor open contempt for clients. With the best will in the world, could not possibly recommend this outfit and must now go to court to obtain redress.
