Carl offers a thoroughly reliable and professional service. I have been a client for several years now and can highly recommend his services, which include computer repairs and installation, upgrades, remote access and fault finding, home visits as well as very useful telephone advice. Carl responds promptly and offers an excellent service that the client can depend on.
Carl is the nicest and most helpful man you could wish to meet!Had an issue with my laptop charger and Carl came to my house free of charge to collect my laptop and charger....sorted the problem....provided me with the new part....delivered back to my house for free....and when I received the invoice he only ever charged me for the new part and no charge for his time or work! Carl stayed at my house to ensure my laptop was working again and informed me that he had put a complimentary help system on my laptop and updated it. I will be keeping Carl's number handy as I would not trust anyone else to work to the same high standard that Carl has!
Carl was absolutely brilliant. I had an external hard drive and the drive on my laptop die within days of each other he was dealing with my external drive when my laptop gave up. Carl picked up my stuff the same day I called. He kept me updated on progress, the outcome was much better than I expected he repaired my laptop with a much better drive when I feared I'd have to buy a new one and his invoices were very reasonable. I've no hesitation in giving Carl my unreserved recommendation.
Carl has been brilliant, after working in retail for over 40 years I know what fantastic customer service is and I have just received it. He collected the laptop from my home , found the problems which I had caused , fully explained to me what was needed to be done, give me an excellent price, carried out the work and returned it to my home within 24 hours. I will happily recommend Carl to everybody I know.
Carl was very professional and knowledgeable gotcto the root cause of the issues with my laptop. Gave detailed explanation of problems and upgraded the laptop at a very reasonable cost. My laptop is almost perfect with regard to processing times and booting up times. Thanks Carl
Having problems with my printer, - so I thought, - so contacted Carl at CBT. He came out to me within 24hrs, and after checking everything, it was found not to be the printer, but Windows 11 had corrupted my lap top. Took the lap top back to his premises, took the system back to basics, re-loaded Windows 10, all my programmes and data and 24hrs later returned my lap top. A follow up call within the next couple of days to check everything was o.k. With service like this, and reasonably priced, you cannot complain. First class service from a pleasant knowledgeable gentleman. Well satisfied.
We recently had a new home computer system installed by Karl. From initial contact to completion everything went smoothly. Very satisfied with the service and will use him again in the future. Recommended.
Fantastic service, from the first phone call, to keeping me informed through the entire process of fixing my computer. They also Dropped off our fixed unit, installed, setup and showed us everything with all questions answered. Fast honest service with a decent price .

Sometimes it isn't all about price/cost but customer service.I couldn't have been more pleased with both the cost and efficiency that Carl demonstrated with the upgrade to my son's laptop which he collected at 9am and returned at 3:30 the same day al at a very reasonable cost.I would recommend CBT Computers without any hesitation.
