We recently completed on a purchase through Cavendish in Rhuthun. As we were relocating from some distance away we were most appreciative of the excellent communication and regular updates that we received. Lun, Gaynor and Caroline were always happy to help with our enquiries, never failed to respond to us and did a great job liaising with the vendor. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a property through them.
Cavendish Ruthin have sold two propertys for us that where not at all straightforward sales, but from the initial first meeting with Hugh, right through to completion,the staff could not have been more helpfull, especially Caroline who went above and beyond to keep us and our buyers in the loop with everything that was happening. I sold my property recently with Cavendish Ruthin, and would highly recommend them without hesitation. The whole team are fantastic - very professional, extremely motivated and their communication is perfect. The whole process was handled wonderfully. 5 stars indeed!
We found Cavendish Residential to be really excellent Agents. Ours was not an easy purchase, in that we were buying whilst based in a foreign country with Covid as an added problem. At every stage Caroline, Gaynor and Luned were knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The sale went through on time and I believe they served the interests of both the Vendors and the Purchasers in an even-handed and courteous way. I would recommend Cavendish Residential without reservation.
A very good firm to deal with. We have sold two properties through Cavendish and have found the firm to be professional, attentive and polite. We were well advised, and kept in touch with developments throughout. Next time we come to sell, we will have no hesitation in using them again.
