We miss going to the restaurant and look forward to bring able to once again enjoy lunch there. We regularly pick up flour, oats and the excellent museli. Love visiting the shop too.
All kinds of flour and treats. There is also a cafe and toilets.
Had a short walk by the river, a look around the lovely gift shop then into the mill for a nosey and finished in the cafe for a coffee and delicious scone.
I visited Cauldwell's over the summer break to meet up with friends. The new Covid 19 measures worked v well and it felt like they were taking it seriously, cleaning tables frequently and putting up plastic partitions. The Homity pie is delicious and the salad includes everything... beetroot, carrot, lentils... Just delicious!
Second time I've stopped in the cafe here recently on my cycles around Derbyshire. A lovely vegetarian cafe. Enjoyed the nut and mushroom pate for lunch today. Previously enjoyed one of the fruit scones. Well worth a visit...
Very nice food - especially for vegetarians. Well managed in terms of social distancing and hygiene.
