A no thrills iron gym that's open to anyone with any membership, just pay a £2 fee when you arrive and that's all, the equipment is the old school stuff that just continues to work, there's no judgement, no posers, myself and my friends went at 5pm and never once waited for equipment.nnNext visit were bringing boxing equipment to do our cardio.nnWorth a visit

First trained here 25yrs ago, best gym ever, always drop in when visiting family or friends, £1.50 unbelievable value for a true hardcore gym, only increased by 50p in 25yrs. Does what it says on the tin.

Best gym on the planet, you'll find equipment here that you won't find anywhere else. They even have a neck machine, super friendly to the point its like a family everyone Is super trustworthy, you can put your belongings down and guarantee it won't get touched by anyone.nIt's full of very experienced lifters who are always there to help.nBut my favourite thing about Catts Is the amount of jacked people there aged 60 n above who train there and have been for years, its a gym for absolutely everyone any age from teenagers to pensioners

The best of the best for old Skool power lifting. £2 a session. Can't beat it. Family run with strength pedigree. Owner and staff have years of experience in the strength field. A really awesome gym with people to match, friendly with a community spirit.

Great no frills gym with very friendly owners who make you feel welcome.  There is a lot of equipment and never any waiting around to use things as there is more than one of each.   I like the gym very much.
