Had to downgrade from 2 stars to 1 star after once again, been questioned and delayed on getting my prescription and still not even given the correct medication for my illness. Never been given an in person assessment and have been prescribed a cocktail of poisonous alternative substances for my illness. Appauling does not deserve to be praised along with the NHS.
Highly recommend this great surgery, staff are always friendly and helpful. I’ve always got through on the phone and been able to book an appointment for the same day. No issues with repeat prescriptions.

Receptionists are very rude, Takes way to long to listen to a recorded message before you even get to the ignorant receptionists. Doctors are not much better, wont see patients but want more money. I agree hospital staff and nurses deserve a rise but doctors in surgery's.....They are disgraceful.
The reception and office staff on this surgery are beyond useless. I have found them to be nothing but rude and incompetant each time I have had the misfortune of having to deal with them. The so called doctors here who seem to work on a part time basis are just as bad, you could see 3 different doctors for the same issue and get 3 different diagnosis. The staff here seem to think they deserve to be on some NHS pedastall when in reality they need a wake up call about what they are actually there to do.
