The gentleman who runs the garage (Mike) is so friendly, he has customer service to the brim. I have visited the garage on a few occasions, this time I had a problem with my fanbelt, and needed a new indicator switch, everything was repaired quickly and at a great price. The real icing on the cake was when Mike even turned my car round on the main road (during rush hour) to save me the hassle. I will definitely be back, and will be recommending others.

My 17 year old Ford Fiesta called "Cassie" needed urgent repairs to coolant system so I could continue to use her daily for my work. Catshill Garage completed the job within 24hours at a very reasonable price... I was shocked at how friendly, fast and efficient the service was - Brilliant!

The car was repaired but it took two sessions to do it because the assistant failed to take down full instructions on the problems on the first day. The main complaint is about the cost of parts. On investigation, I believe I was charged 50% more than the average prices for similar parts without being consulted first as promised.
