I find the receptionists really challenging. The centre itself has had a makeover so looks very good. However I wish I could feel more comfortable speaking to the reception staff and find the appointment system doesn't work for me.

Absolute abysmal telephone system...tried all options but none are working. ...how on earth can elderly people navigate this system....I suggest the doctors and reception staff try it for themselves and see how frustrating it is.

I find the receptionists very abrupt and unhelpful. I tried to explain to one receptionist an issue I had but she just tried to fob me off and blamed me for the queue that had accumulated behind me. She wanted me to book an appointment with the dr for them to prescribe me a sharps box. I thought GP’s were short staffed!
The two stars I have given are for the GPs I have seen who have always been helpful.

Has just undergone total refurbishing. The staff are excellent and very helpful.
