Castle Mall is located in the heart of Antrim town centre, 20 miles north of Belfast and only 6 miles from Belfast International Airport!!

Due to the location, Castle Mall could not be more convenient, with Antrim town centre parking available as well as convenient access to many tourist attractions such as the Castle Gardens, Antrim Forum Leisure Facilities, the Lough Shore with camping facilities and many others.

Good for wee day to day shopping. Not many branded shops, the last one was Next which has also recently moved out. Given the Junction 1 retail mall nearby, it makes sense to have small unbranded day to day businesses in the Castle mall. 25% area has been closed for renovation since 1 year but nothing much progrssed and not sure when it will ipen again. Reopening it in full capacity would add some charm to the otherside dull looking city centre
Getting better need Antrim town to get more shops like Ballymena Antrim town is moving up but would be nice to see it boom
Hard to describe. So little shops these days but if U need a pharmacy or a Specsavers, it's grand
A bit empty, but definitely not completely devoid of stores. Seems to be getting better overtime however, judging by recent reviews. Poundstretcher and New Look are the ones saving the store from potential closure.nnUpdate 28/12/2025: It apparently turns out that this shopping centre is being partially redeveloped into housing. This is an excellent idea, considering the fact that half of the outlets have been dormant for over a decade. It's about time the land was made into something beneficial to the community, so I have added an extra star. However, I am definitely going to miss the real life experience of being in a liminal space.
Currently undergoing redevelopment this mall has practically halved in size. Consequently there are fewer commercial units for shoppers to visit. Toilets still available just in from the High Street entrance. A much needed uptake in business is still enjoyed though during the pre Christmas spending spree.
