What a lovely pub. In Wales for work, and understandably the restrictions are different as to England. But the staff are very polite and fast. A beautiful location and very good value. Will be back again!
Good service but the food was below standard, the scampi was undercooked. I sent it back and when it came back it was so dry it was inedible.
Excellent value food - burger & fries £8.25 but kitchen closes early eg 8pm so no chance of dessert. And, on a warm and sunny Saturday night in July, pub stops serving drinks before 10.30pm.
Great atmosphere & outdoor seating. Well organised to cope with restrictions
Polite staff, well organised due to covid and the food tapas for 2 was exceptional and we needed more bread and without hesitation bought more out. I would definitely go again and recommend highly. Nice walk around castle before so a great day had.
Young and friendly staff and well priced food and drink
Had a good burger at 3 pm! Didn't go inside, but well taken care of.
