You have not seen the best Christmas display at a garden centre, until you  visit Castle Gardens at Sherborne Castle, Dorset. Located in the walled garden of the castle, it stocks all the usual items found in every garden centre.nnThe “piece de resistance” however is the simply stunning array of Christmas items. Including a model railway to captivate the young and old, Singing penguins and trinkets and baubles in their thousands. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely  visit again..

The best Christmas display ever!!nVisited while staying with family from Leicestershire and was absolutely knocked out by the quantity and quality of the Christmas goods. Went home with a whole new set of white decorations for my  black Christmas tree and it looked stunning.

Beautiful, peaceful place. The castle wasn’t open but the grounds were enough for one visit. Free parking and walk to the walled garden cafe in the garden centre.

 A wonderful place to shop! The range of plants, shrubs and garden supplies is fantastic, and they all look healthy and well cared for. The staff are knowledgeable and took the time to give me really useful advice. Reasonable prices and a lovely atmosphere too — highly recommended for any gardener.

I have never seen a Christmas display as good as this, there was so much choice it just went on and on, the words amazing and outstanding, just don't convey how good this is, must have taken ages to put this together. I would have taken loads more pictures but you just need to go. 2024 update gone again will make this a yearly visit, another amazing set up, this is the best Christmas display I have seen anywhere, just go and see it, by the way there are some lovely cakes in the cafe there as well.
