My husband needed help getting up and down the stairs with an acute foot problem. So phone call to castle comforts Thursday at 9.45 pm spoke to Keith by Tuesday stairlift fitted. First class company, service and product. Thanks Keith for all you have done
The service I received last Saturday from Keith and the other staff at Castle Comfort Centre was excellent!! I went in to look for a chair for my Mum who has recently had a stroke. As my Mum isn't mobile Keith offered to take the chair I was interested in to her that same afternoon so she could try it out. They were at Mum's with the chair within the hour as promised. My Mum loved the chair and we ended up keeping it. They even took the old chair away which saved us having to get rid of it. An excellent service all round. Thanks to everyone for making this a stress free purchase.
The staff are very polite, efficient and helpful. From buying the bed for my mum to delivery it was very easy. The bed is of excellent quality and was the correct type of bed recommended by staff for my mums disabilities. Since the purchase my mother has moved twice and each time the staff have moved the bed for us with no qualms. So not only are they a reliable business to buy from , in my experience the after care is second to none. Thank you Castle Comfort
About three weeks ago, I visited Castle Comfort Centre in Wolstanton. I discussed Riser Recliner chairs with Keith. He was most professional. He gave me valuable advice and information on the style which would suit my needs. I took delivery last week of the chair at the time arranged. His staff have all been so friendly and helpful. I am delighted with the care and attention I received. I cannot hesitate to recommend Castle Comforts Centre for their quality products and their first-class service, with the knowledge of after-sales care. Thank you.
We have had our new adjustable beds for a few weeks now and are finding them a great help to enable my wife to get a comfortable position for sleeping and also as an aid to getting out of bed. The new mattresses are very comfortable and are providing a much better nights rest than are old mattresses. We both noticed the difference from the first night that we do not have the aches and pains when we first get up. Both of us seem to go to sleep more quickly too. The team at Castle Comforts were really helpful and attentive during the selection and purchase of the beds/matresses. The visit to the showroom was very friendly and Keith and Anne gave us lots of useful advice and nothing was too much trouble in letting us try the selection available. The delivery date was as predicted and the visit was arranged very quickly. Malcolm and John came to install the beds and remove the old ones. They were superb and worked really hard as we have a set of steps outside before they started up the stairs! All was accomplished with the minimum of mess and fuss. All it took was a couple of coffees! My wife and I would like to thank all at Castle Comfort for their help, advice, friendliness and professionalism for both our Stairlift and now the beds. We have no hesitation in recommending them for any of your mobility needs.
I would like to say a big thank you to the staff at Castle Comfort, I recently telephoned to ask if anyone would be able to turn over the mattress of my Mum's electric bed, they advised that someone would be able to do it later on that week. To mine and my Mum's delight, they did in fact ring back about an hour later, to say they would be able to do it THAT DAY, which they very kindly did. The service is fantastic and we certainly recommend Castle Comfort for their products, attentiveness and enthusiasm.
I like smaller, family run businesses. The customer is looked after in such places and that is particularly true at Castle Comfort Centre. I've just reached 70 and both my knees are dreadful It's a long wait before an operation and someone suggested I needed a walking stick. The Centre is just around from my GP's surgery so I dropped in. Now, a stick is not exactly a major sale for the company but I was treated with such courtesy and genuine help, despite my meagre spending. It was suggested that I try the stick and to come back if it needed shortening. It did. I went back and Malcolm attended to the matter straight away with a cheery smile and pleasant banter. Whilst he was adjusting the stick I took the opportunity to try a few of their chairs. Wow! So comfortable and very easy to setup into a comfortable position to suit me. I'd nearly nodded off even in such a short time that Malcolm was away. I will give serious consideration to buying one of their English made chairs. I can guarantee that they will look after me as well for that purchase as they did for the simple stick. That wasn't a 'sprat to catch a mackerel ' : these are nice people who know how to look after customers whatever their needs. Thank you for your help!
I cannot praise Castle Comforts in Wolstanton enough. The reconditioned riser/recliner chair we bought for my mother-in-law was excellent and delivered swiftly by very punctual and courteous delivery men. When she returned to her own home they moved and installed the chair there too, fantastic service. Would thoroughly recommend!
This was our first visit to Castle Comfort Centre and the service was excellent. We dealt with Keith who was nothing but helpful from start to finish. The chair was delivered early and they even gave us a free walking stick after finding out my mum was partially sighted. I would definitely recommend Castle Comfort Centre to others.
At the ripe old age of 91, my extremely independent mother reluctantly agreed to needing a stairlift. Recommended to us by a mobility expert, Keith and Ann were fabulous, providing all the information we could possibly need, a great service - not pushy at all - and had it all installed curved track within ten days of the initial enquiry. In addition to the services they provided to us, they also gave a wealth of support to ensure the stair worked as best it could with the least intrusion into the available space. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Castle Comfort - in fact I have already given their details to a friend - they really do offer a marvellous service!
