Cabs arrived on time. Drivers were very polite and sociable. Cars were comfortable and the standard of driving was good. Couldn't really ask for more so would definitely use them again next time we are visiting Tonbridge.

PRETTY POOR Booked a Castle Taxi in the afternoon to take us home from a wedding at midnight. Even phoned a second time to confirm the booking. As the wedding finished, realised no taxi had turned up. When I spoke to them they said that had got confused and sent someone at 11pm? (why?) and they had phoned (which they hadnt- no missed call!!). They lie to your face, fail to turn up. Simply can't be trusted. I would only use this taxi company if you actually plan to walk home.

Just wanted to post about what a lovely experience I had with castle cars, especially the receptionist taking all the books, lovely and pleasant lady to speak and deal with, I hope she's being paid well.
