Went during the day not as busy. Very friendly staff. Easy to log in if you are a member. Have to have I.D to become a member. Cheap and delicious food there. Also coffee only costs a pound. Takes a few hours out of the day or evening with a chance of winning cash.

Excellent afternoon out, meeting friends. All staff are lovely, caring and always a friendly smile. If you are lucky enough to have a win it's a bonus.

I love it I'm there every day see u later, staff staff always friendly, good prizes and plenty of them. Plus even if you don't win sometimes you usually get a box of chocolates or a little hamper of bath/ shower stuff. 10/10. Me and the wife Won £210 just 4 days ago tue/wed. Great night out.
Terrible experience, we regularly go to Morriston and love it there but we thought we would give Neath a go what a terrible decision we made! Between rude staff, the bingo caller using her phone when mini cash was playing. people waiting for change whilst staff were having a chat, to the point the bingo caller has to announce that change was wanted but was still ignored and chats continued i went up to the cash desk and said that there was a lot of people waiting for change the woman behind the counter laughed in my face. A group of people spoke through the bingo and staff doing nothing about it despite being told.
Great staff and good value food and drinks. However only occasionally are the prices for tickets good value these days... I've noticed recently ticket prices seem to be increasing quite a bit lately.
1st time ever In bingo... What a laugh and a stressful time in one night. Everyone is sooooo serious. I shouted ME by mistake and they all gave me the death stare. I did however go on to win later on in the night. If you are looking for cheap fun, this is for you. £2.70 a pint a good game of bingo and who knows you may win the big one..
First time in an actual bingo hall, definitely not going again. Terrible experience. Woman on the front desk was rude and impatient. The male bingo caller was very rude and condescending when explaining an issue we had. Awful.
