Bought a mattress online. Got a call the next day to arrange the delivery. Even took into consideration that I needed it really quick and got it just in time! Would definitely recommend these folks.

Purchased mattress over the phone. We knew the make and model we were looking for and Rebecca and Dave provided excellent customer service.  The mattress was as described, delivered within a few days and was almost 50 per cent cheaper than  larger retailers.

Definitely recommend Castle Beds and Mattresses. Went this morning to purchase a couple of mattresses for a trundle bed and they could not have been more helpful and friendly. They double checked we were getting the correct mattresses, showed us what was in our price range, and gave helpful recommendations based on our child's age. Mattresses delivered free of charge, same day. The mattresses are very good quality and very reasonably priced, thank you so much!

Brilliant customer service and quality prices.  I received the base of the bed with the incorrect feet which is a really minor issue and easily done since they were both silver just slightly different shape but Dave the owner personally came out with replacements and even installed it for me.  Thank you very much - I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future and have no problems recommending this company.

Excellent service from Rebecca from the first phonecall.  I live in Wales and found the mattress hald prior compared to that instore in Dreams. Rebecca arranged courier at a small price keeping me upto date at all times. Excellent customer service.  Definitely recommend
