Worst pizza we've tasted,one slice each then binned it. It was freezing cold on arrival, chilli sauce was inedible, tasted sour and off. Never again. Called up to politely express my views,got cocky unhelpful response.Food: 1/5
Garlic bread was burnt to a crisp, burger buns were burnt more than the should have, chicken fillet was like eating cardboard & the colslaw was really sour & smelt foul
Food was late, arrived cold. Can of monster and bottle of pepsi was warm and was warmer than the pizza. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, even when i phoned up asking where my order was, they had no clue and just said it will be there soon… 30minutes later
placed an order didn't have what I wanted so gave me something else tried to say they rang to let me know but they never, now my pregnant girlfriend is fuming and it's my faultFood: 1/5
Food arrived with just 2 minutes to spare... a chicken pizza was laced in a deathly amount of cheese and the chicken did a vanishing act somewhere between being prepared and my door.... the garlic bread was so dry it reminded me of sandpaper and was binned. The pepperoni pizza was not nice either.... either they changed supplier of their pepperoni or something... it did not taste right at all. ... this will be my last time going here. Fed up of wasting good money on food to throw it away.
Finally got our food after 2 and a half hour wait, and after 2 phone calls and when it Finally arrived it was barely warm, our burgers were soggy to the point my daughter couldn't eat it, won't be using or recommending again. A £5 voucher really isn't going to cut
Placed the order via food hub and was told at 1 hour of waiting it was going out for delivery now, then after another hour of waiting rang to be told it would be with me in 10-15 mins, half hour later I cancelled the order, still not refunded my money, robbing folk now too. 2 and a half hours I waited for nothing, won’t be returning ever.
What's happened to sadies?? Used to be the nicest pizza place in workington. Just had a delivery nearly 45 minutes late, food stone cold, customer service shocking, think they've took on more than the can do, 4 drivers and still late, good job there not in a city, even the driver apologised it was late. And to top it off the meat on the bolognese pizza was off
Food is disgusting and will not be going back Pizza was cold and full of grease could use it as a Frisbee it was that flat with a layer of hard cheese on top, donner wrap was cold and full of grease ment to have salad only came with lettuce, donner kebab was that full of grease the brown bag that it came in was dripping Garlic bread was just burnt bread no smell or taste of garlic could of used it to smash a window and still wouldn't put a dent in the bread Would not recommend this place to anyone
let me use their toilet when i was smashed. also let me stay inside so i didn’t get hypothermia. love it xFood: 5/5
