We just had to go back! The cocktails were unique and professionally crafted. The food was delicious. We went back for a late snack of the chicken wings - delightfully fried with yummy dipping sauces. The service was kind, approachable and most importantly knowledgeable. They make sure to match the cocktail with your taste and preferences. A beautiful setting with a natural waterfall on the terrace. The atmosphere can’t be beat ! A total gem in the heart of Cork.
I recently visited the restaurant, and it was truly exceptional. The wine selection was outstanding, the food was delicious, the drinks were fantastic, and the ambience was perfect. From start to finish, it was a memorable experience. Highly recommended! I just think they need more staff. The staff there were quite busy.Food: 5/5
Amazing place for seasonal Irish-style tapas and inventive cocktails. The outdoor seating has a wonderful ambiance, nestled between two buildings with a waterfall at the back. All the food is made to order, portioned generously, cooked perfectly and is flavored really well.Food: 5/5
Nice environment and great food, cocktail sis classic to try, expect the DJ it’s not really good. But still recommend to go when u wanna have a date/ girls/ boys night over there.Food: 5/5
Despite turning up without a booking, I was seated immediately, but was then left to wait for a good 20 minutes or so before I caught a staff members attention, and was able to order. I ordered a drink and some chips. Again I had quite a lengthy wait for them to arrive, but both were very enjoyable when they did eventually turn up. Cask is a gorgeous restaurant/bar and the staff are lovely, but I had to mark them down because of the amount of time I had to wait. I completely understand that they were super busy, but I did feel that I was somewhat overlooked as a solo customer.
Cask is definitely our favourite spot for both food and cocktails in Cork. The staff are always so friendly. Love their selection of cocktails and their food is always amazing!! I would recommend booking here in advance.
The atmosphere is cool and moody and staff are pleasant and welcoming. We were seated straight away which was a nice surprise. So we had decided to order from the cocktails menu which look really different but unfortunately our cocktails were in sherry glasses, which are quite small but being charge normal prices expected for a regular volume cocktail was a complete rip off.
Come here often, wonderful spot. Great cocktails and small plates. Lovely decor and atmosphere. Outdoor section is nice as well when weather permits!
Great food. Not a fan of the cocktails from the menu, but they'll make any cocktail you ask for and those are nice.
It’s an amazing cocktail bar. Highly recommended & loved by the locals, and I can really see why. It was fully booked when we arrive, and it’s a sitting only restaurant/bar no standing, so we couldn’t get in. So if you like to visit do make a reservation. When we visit the second time, the door man was nice enough to let us have a drink at the entrance until a table became available. All the waiting was totally worth it, one of the best cocktail bar I’ve visited. The bar tender can make anything you just name it. We had like at least 4 p.p. The music & atmosphere was great, and even the nibbles were super tasty. Highly recommend Guacamole & Olives. Would def visit again.
