Extremely long wait. Staff not overly nice and don't appear to be aware that people are waiting. Have been here 3 times. On the 3rd time we waited for 10mins and then left. There was a queue of 8 people, 2 staff were serving and one staff member was sitting on a chair watching (very bizarre). Two people in front of us left due to the wait and when we finally got served the staff member was rude and had to help the other staff member serve her customer. Costa coffee next door is a much better options, no wait and half the price.

Baskin Robbins has great variety of ice creams and sorbets extremely recommended 👍🏻

A bit on the expensive side, great selection. Go on treat yourself ;-) Edit: Baskin Robbins have now increased their prices hideously. Despite the friendly staff and good selection, we will no longer be frequenting this establishment. What was expensive before, is now over the top.

You can park across the road in the evenings if you're planning to just get a cheeky portion. Its a chain outlet, so not really much else to say. Its up to the mark
