The manager is rude and aggressive and told me I was "bull********" him multiple times. The store operates an iron fist type policy and wont do you any favours or make a gesture of good will even if the circumstances are unfortunate, and even if its only a single incident. The buy back scheme should be made clearer and they should try to conduct themselves more professionally
High selling prices are a joke. Second hand items clearly used and somethings damaged being sold for a close to brand new price as possible. Guitars which have a wrapped neck or impact dents £30 cheaper than new sometimes more than new for starter kit ones. Used Ear pods almost priced as new. Speakers which are on ebay for 4 times cheaper. Music production equipment used and with missing wires only £4 cheaper than new. Games controllers priced almost as new when they are old and worn. Recommend not wasting your time visiting as you will definitely find better deals elsewhere.
I was served in Kentish Town by a gentleman named Nabil. The customer service that I was received was exceptional and Nabil was kind and knowledgeable. I received a fair price for my items and can honestly say that I would recommend the store to others because of him. He is a credit to the organisation!
The people who work in this shop are incredibly lazy it’s crazy. They never answer the phone. I’ve gone in the store and called whilst I was inside to watch what they do. Shock horror, I see them purposely declining and cancelling calls right in front of me. The staff are a joke. Next time, I’ll film them doing this so I can report the individuals myself. Do your job.
Terrible experience, very poor management!!! DO NOT order anything online from this store, as what you will receive will be different from what’s advertised. I have already reported them to Trading Standards for poor business practices!!!

Alex is a really helpful member of staff here, he went out of his way to help me find the stuff I was after. Must be quite a hard job to stay polite in, but he is properly hospitable and it'll keep me coming back to buy things here. Highly recommended
