Terrible rude person who served me I took 5 bags of good quality clothes some never worn even my wedding dress which cost £500 18 years ago in immaculate condition and because 1 wool intern had some cat hair on. He would not take anything. So I walked out and left the lot I was so upset and angry

Go else where this place will rip you off. Sent husband in with 6 bags of clothes, shoes, bags ect some with tags on. Very rude man, needs to learn what the meaning of customer services means. He stated they no good to 2 of the bags with no explanation at all and paid £20 for the remaining bags, basically the advertise 50p per kilo for used and  £1 per kilo for new tagged. Weigh before going as we should of been pain around £30 at least.   

Won't be using you again!!!!
