Going to that shop is like entering the time warp! From the customer service to card payment facility - it really needs bringing up to date! It takes ages for the machine to connect to even take a payment with shop full of people and a massive queue it causes stressful atmosphere and makes the shopping experience in there worse than it already is.
Lovely staff. Very efficient and helpful with sizes etc. quick service too.
Service was good and friendly once inside. I understand that we need to queue but surely an appointment system at least 2 days a week would be a good idea? When you book appointment list what you need, sizes if possible and surely then a 15 min appointment slot per child would be sufficient. We queued for 1h20 mins
Always buy the uniform there. Good prices and you can get everything from the same shop. The newer employees get a bit mixe d up with uniforms.i ended up with black skirts instead of grey when it states grey on the paperwork. So another trip and standing in a cue to exchange the uniform. However, serves the purpose
Excellent. The young lady that attended to myself and son was amazing. Funny, thoughtful and knew everything I needed. 2 full monty uniforms boy and girl, different years. Wven guessed my sons sizes just by looking at him Sophie I think her name was. Her mum works there also. Great girls.x
Bit of a dated looking shop. Prices are not especially competitive, but they have all the uniforms for local preschools, and so have the monopoly for setting the prices. Returns are easy to make with them however.
Five star my boy was being a pain didnt want to try all his high school uniform on for Year 7 the lady had great patience Thank you so much. on top of that another member of staff even gave me advice on the best place to Eat out in the area as we are new to the area defo best place to take your children for school uniform.
Always have good stock of school uniforms, staff really attentive and helpful. Gets really busy in the run up to kids going back to school in September! Changing room available. Average prices for uniforms, which aren't that cheap anyway! Free parking available in car park opposite. Advisable to go to Asda/Tesco for plain white school shirts and plain trousers or skirts though!
All the grandchildren uniforms bought here, school, beavers,cubs and scouts and also other good ranges of non uniform clothing from birth upwards. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Unhelpful couldnt care less staff, won't even let a young kid use the toilet, some blarney about health and safety and it's more than their jobs worth, I would travel to another county rather than spend money in here. Avoid. £33.99 for a skirt too, disgraceful to charge like that and not have a customer toilet
