Excellent service and a really good crew I have had over 2 vehicles from them a Great family run business would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car, all the staff at Car Direct are welcoming and professional. They also sorted my finance package with very low rates and had me accepted within 5 minutes. Keep up the good work.

The staff here are great, very friendly, and very hospitable! I'd rang the day previous to ask about the car and to inform him I'd be coming to view it the Monday. He said I could ring anytime before opening if need be to advise of my arrival.  Once there Mo supplied drinks for my family and offered the use of the facilities knowing we'd came a long way. I would strongly recommend Cars Direct to anybody. They had great knowledge of car and very pleasant to deal with. Well done guys….

I called during the week about a white 118d Cars Direct in Preston have for sale. They gave me a low part exchange valuation of course i understand they have to make money but even we buy any car offered more when they saw my car. And another dealer also offered more since. 

Regarding the car I went to see, I booked an appointment between 2-3 to see the car. When i got there the car were blocked in by others, were in a filthy dirty condition full of mould and green round all the doors and edges, the front end had approximately 50 chips on the bonnet and bumper, there were a 3 inch chunk of rubber missing from the front tyre, the boot were mis aligned and had been rubbing against the light and scraped the paint off which had been badly touched up, evidence of previous repair. When the salesman came out, he gave me the key to the car to have a look in side. The inside were clean ish, in quite a good condition i must say. I went to start up the engine, first time it failed to start, and 2nd time it started but the engine shook the car violently and made a horrendous high pitch noise. The revs were bouncing up and down and not keeping steady. The rear brakes looked thin so i checked the computer to see how many miles were left which stated '90,000 miles' This is at the point were i just walked away.

The other cars they had in stock i had a look at too, they were filthy with mould and one had a flat tyre and most of them were scraped and in a bad way.

The car looks well in the pictures, but seriously this place sell scrap heaps, the salesman could not argue back when i told him why i didn't want the car as he knew for a fact i were telling the truth.

Do not waste your time by coming here like i did, and dont waste your money on a HPI Check either, ill by 95% certain you will not buy the car you went to see.

What a shambles !
