I recently purchased a used vehicle from Browns. They are a truly professional team. Throughout the process they were helpful and polite. When I collected the car it was valeted to a very high level, as well as having a fresh service and MOT. They fixed a couple of little niggles too. After the purchase I noticed a couple more defects but the after sales team have been absolutely brilliant. They have sorted everything with perfect professionalism and treated me like I’m royalty. I really couldn’t fault them. They will be top of my list when looking for my next vehicle.

DO NOT BUY A MITSUBISHI!!! They will not cover any form of warranty claim unless the vehicle has been serviced by them. I have had many vehicles under dealer warranties and never have I had such difficulty in the past. The staff behind the desk were also so rude and didn’t seem one bit bothered. My turbo had failed on a Mitsubishi L200 with 30,000 miles and less then 3 years old. Very very poor customer service
Trustworthy friendly Garage :This Mitsubishi Dealership, has the feel of your local family run Garage. Excellent service, all staff are really friendly. This garage has carried out several services and Mot`s on both mine and several of my friends who also bought cars from this Trustworthy garage.
Brilliant dealership. Had issues with my L200 for a couple of years. Took the vehicle to Browns and every issue was dealt with. Staff were very courteous and the Covid protocols well managed. Vehicle was back within 24hrs. Super service. 100% recommend for your Mitsubishi Bren
we have bought hour first ford ranger the team at browns where great no messing about not pushy or too lad back. the after care is all so fantastic if anything dose go wrong the team deal with it no questions asked big thumbs up from us. when it is time for new pick up we will come back.
I have been using Browns in Grimsargh for two years to service my vehicle and their customer service is second to none. Recently I bought a new vehicle from them and the sales team plus Simon Turver have been fantastic. Its always a big buy getting a new car and for me comes with lots of questions and concerns. The way Simon and his team supported me through this process was just brilliant. I would seriously recommend anybody thinking of either having their Mitsubishi serviced or buying a new car to use these guys.
