"The Spire & Spoke is a café-bar based in Watlington just on the edge of the Chilterns. We specialise in local craft ales from breweries such as West Berkshire, XT, Shotover, Loddon and many more. Our wood fired pizzas are made fresh from one of our two pizza ovens and our menu can be seen on our website. Nominated as Cyclist Café of the Year we bake in house an amazing range of cakes including gluten-free and vegan options, that go even better with a coffee of your choice, we love a latte! Our garden offers plenty of outside seating for all seasons as well as being COVID friendly, otherwise come sit inside next to our wood burner.."

A fabulous find. Truly excellent pizza and cakes. Love the stylish wooden interior, reminded me of being in a ski hut in the mountains. Welcoming and friendly staff. All round cool and tasty vibe. Being relatively local we will definitely be back.
This is a fantastic place to relax eating great pizzas and tasting refreshing good beer. Staff are friendly, helpful and very welcoming, which makes all the difference to have a great experience in the countryside
Very busy and obvious why. We had tea and cake and it was top quality. My wife says it was the best blueberry muffin she had ever had. Dog friendly too. Definitely worth a try.
Always friendly , service with a smile - lovely ambience, quirky and stylish decor. Great selection of wines and beers, the best pizza outside of Italy . I definitely recommend Spire& Spoke to everyone , of all ages. I love the Tepee , what a fabulous addition to the pub

Lovely coffee and cake stop mid ride. Well set up for a cycling coffee ride.

Saw A board and stopped for coffee and cake. Food and drink where excellent, staff really friendly. Lovely location. The Spire and Spoke appears to have it all. Will definitely visit again when out that way.
It’s £3 for a lemonade. This tainted the fact that this is a lovely place and clearly a great location. The pizza was good.
