Love, love, love Carpisa! Visited the boutique on Oxford Street recently on my trip from Yorkshire, service was outstanding, the sales consultant was so amazing we visited again the following day and bought another handbag and matching scarf. Thank you so much for a great shopping experience, something a website won't give!

Excellent store, excellent customer service, unfortunately not the full range of stock as seen on the website, but the store isn't massive so to be expected. Lovely staff, who go the extra mile, particularly Marzahan who was able to answer any questions and knew the collections well! Thank you!
Not the best shop they said 10 years warranty my luggage is damaged and they said Unfortunately, the warranty covers the wheel, and all the 3 handles what a shame never buying again from them
The italian shopping assistant of carpisa in oxford street is excellent. I presume she was from sardiniai suppose. She solved my problem, she was super kind and professional. She change my language with a brand-new one in 5 minutes conversation. She listened to me, she understood the problem and finally she solved it. Amazing. Thank you so much. Hopefully she will read this review. Excellent service.
Service was perfect, the ladies were very kind and helpful. We bought four bags. I wish there was a website for home delivery in London.
I am changing my review as caprisa it’s one of my favourite brands the reason of the previous review was as I couldn’t communicate with London branch and from Italy their emails weren’t the best replies.Thank you a lot for the response I wish I could order from London but I will try to visit or waiting for the website
terrible experience. My luggage broke after a single use. Initially they told me that they would fix it or replace it and then they refused to do so. Terrible customer service, they don't reply to emails and they didn't do anything to solve the issue
Great store full of so many gorgeous bags and the suitcases are really nice as well! They always have something on sale the staff is very kind and helpful
