Had such an easy shopping experience with the lovely Damien. We needed to match flooring and came with a sample piece. He helped us find the closest match with correct fittings, width  depth etc. Made the whole e penitence super easy and then helped to bring everything to the car for me.

I needed a little carpet for my computer desk. 1 meter by 1.4 meters. I know their rolls are 4 meters across. Not a problem, I was happy to buy 1x4m.  Went in yesterday. And they sold me 1x4m. I didn't like the colour so I decided to go in again buy another one. But this time the manager told me they don't sell 1x4m. I asked what about yesterday and he told me it's not a store policy to sell 1x4m; yesterday was an exception because there was a kid who was a learner there at the time.  What kind of a policy is that!? I couldn't find anything like that mentioned on Carpetright website.  The business must be booming if they are in a position not to even bother and to turn down such easy money.  It's not hard work. You pull on the carpet roll, measure 1 meter and cut across the roll. Then you roll it up and charge me. Is that so hard to do? Takes less than 5 minutes. I would do it myself if they let me.  I wanted to try multiple carpets too, so I'd have left some money there. The shop is empty, they're just sitting around, why not exercise some sales flexibility, get a happy customer and make money too?  When I bought the first carpet, I asked if they could measure it and cut it at 1.4m length. They have the tool for it. Again, was told "not a store policy". I said "Ok", paid for it and left.  I can imagine what their "store policy" is like for other services.  EDIT: I am not wasting my time emailing anywhere. I gave you enough information to investigate and make appropriate corrections.

Shane was extremely helpful and knowledgeable I was delighted with his help choosing my carpets. Fantastic service also from Phil & lads on fitting day ,on time , very neat & tidy went above and beyond , would highly recommend the shop and fitters to anyone . Thanks Shane , Phil & lads .

Arrived at this store today Saturday 25th March at 17:34. Wanted to purchase a bedroom carpet. To our surprise the door was locked . 2 members of staff saw us and ignored us. Opening hours on website and on the actual door say 9 till 6 on a Saturday.   Totally unacceptable and staff very unprofessional ..

All good tradesmen and companies clean up after themselves this company doesn't all offcuts and leftovers left on floor and on wardrobe shelf enough to fill a few bins and absolutely no comeback when you ring wont be going back.

Great Customer Service from Damien. Such a gent and would not let me leave a tip! Really happy with the rug I bought. Will definitely spread the word as such good Service  and value for money is rare. Thank you!

Needed our stairs, landing and attic carpet replaced. Not something we were looking forward to but Shane in Tallaght made it a simple process. Listened to our needs and gave great advice and made some suggestions. Didn't push for the sale and gave us all the time to go through samples. Fitting appointment time was of our choosing and the lads even called in a day in advance to measure up so the carpet was pre cut before fitting. 2hrs to fit and that was that. Done!  As a manager of a company, it's the little extra attention to customer's needs and going above what's required that makes you stand out from the rest. Well done Shane and team!

Delighted with our carpet and the service provided by Damien. He followed up with us to make the sale but glad he did as great finish, sound fitter Derek and good price.
