Really helpful speaking to Razak today. Helped us whilst shopping for a new stair carpet and resolved an issue we had when our samples weren’t delivered. Made the process simple so far.
Razak was very helpful going around the shop with me to find a durable carpet as I have pets. He was not pushy and allowed me time to have a think about what I wanted. When I had decided it was very quick and easy process and Razak explained the process of paying the fitters and waiting separately. I’m looking forward to getting my carpet fitted before Christmas. Thank you!
Brilliant service from start to finish! Couldn’t recommend a better store across the UK. We are in the process of refurbishing our house and the staff took care of all our needs! The manager Raz was exceptional and so friendly! If you need new carpet’s definitely visit the store in Market harborough!
Very good service from Razak. Liked the 20% extra discount off marked price, even those that were Half Price! Fantastic service 10/10
Not a fan of how Carpetright operate overall as a company, however I received fantastic service today from Emma at Market Harborough. They price the carpets very expensive then have frequent ‘special offers’ that make you feel like you are getting a bargain and to encourage you into buying overpriced underlay etc. Quotes provided I feel are deliberately unclear, with no quantities or sqm prices. Our price increased substantially after the initial quote when door bars, gripper rod, adhesive etc were added. We have just purchased carpets for our new build house - supposedly receiving a 20% discount, additional 25% ‘VIP’ discount and then the regional manager giving an additional discount thank you Emma, I feel we have finally secured a fair price for the quality of the carpet & fitting similar to other’s quotes. Carpetright could do much better by displaying simple straightforward prices and transparent, itemised quotes. It is clear to see they are trying to make extra money at every step £15 - £35 per door bar, nearly £200 in gripper rod! and this leaves you feeling a bit stung.
Came here just to look around for ideas There is always so much choice Hard to know what to get but Razak came to the rescue. He wasn’t a pushy salesman which I really liked. He was very informative and gave me lots to think about. The pros and cons of certain flooring. As I mentioned I didn’t buy anything and was only looking at ideas but when I’m ready I will deffo come back here to Razak. Will recommend family and friends here too based on my super Experience Keep up the great work
Emma at Market Harborough Carpet Right was very accommodating and gave us an excellent incentive to secure our preferred carpet.
Good advice, quick and efficient service and a great price. Next day fitting was excellent.
Razak was wonderful and so helpful. He helped us find the best option that suited and we are really pleased with what we have.
