I have recently purchased new flooring and carpets from the Irvine store, I received excellent customer service from Fiona who guided me to exactly what I was looking for. Shop had a nice bright welcoming feel and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be shopping here again in the future.
Just moved into a new home and needed flooring throughout .When we entered the showroom Fiona took control and gave us so much choice and quality. Highly recommend

Thought staff were nice and friendly but not clear enough about there sales and what they mean. Was told that my carpets fitting was included in the price. Then go charged for carpet fitting on day. Did not have the money as I was told I had made my final payment. Was told I had a outstanding balance. Carpetright need to make sure there customers are aware that the carpet fitting price comes off the bill and that you need to pay the carpet fitter cash in hand on the day. This was not specified and I ended up having my house left kid carpet lay with Jagged nails every ware. My dog cut her paws and I had to find the money else ware to get them back to fit it. Need to be more clear about this for sure. I was very embarised Carpet
As usual in shop pick carpet and all done, they have my measurements stored on the computer,great service.
We actually had a really positive experience here. The advice given matched our requirements, we were quite specific and so were they. Crucial that is was for for purpose, heavy use. It worked and have had no issues in recent months since fitting. This is in complete contrast to the disaster of an experience next door at Tapi, Whose two year old carpet this one replaced, and which is now in the bin after the worst quality and customer service I have ever experienced. The fitting was also far superior to Tapi. Shows particularly on the stairs. It hoover's beautifully and its lovely and supported by a great quality underlay. Once i come replace my shoddy already cracked vinyl floor also supplied by Tapi, i will be going to them. Also for kitchen when time comes. If your in Irvine avoid Tapi and go to Carpetright, every time
Fiona the sales assistant was absolutely fabulous so nice and down to earth explained everything. An absolute pleasure. Highly recommended!!
Fitter damaged wall and carpet has bumps all the way around each wall. When my husband contacted the fitter direct he said it was the type of carpet that it was. Even I as an UNQUALIFIED person on carpet fitting know this is INCORRECT. ANY carpet should be stretched fully from wall to wall therefore no ski jump bumps around edges. I tried calling Carpetright Irvine but NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. Just asked to leave your name and number and a store colleague will call you back. I have left FIVE MESSAGES between 1pm and 3.30pm STILL NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK. They ARE NOT THAT BUSY and just seem to be IGNORING CALLS. I understand they may have a customer but not from 1pm until 3.30pm. I will keep trying but I think the best thing would be to just drive over and confront them in store. Would NEVER buy from them again. I even called their Customer Service department which again I waited for 45mins and 16seconds before anyone ACTUALLY ANSWERED the phone. If the staff are still furloughed and they cannot cope then PLEASE DO NOT OPEN. Very frustrating for the customer when things go wrong and NO ONE WANTS TOO, OR INDEED CAN HELP. No manager working today 29/7/20 so NOTHING can be done. Absolute joke. Do not order from Carpetright as if there is a problem NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.
