Johnstone branch (copied from a Facebook review I've just left and not the only person to feel this way from what I've read), no time given to bring car in so appeared in the mid morning. Told there were two vehicles ahead of me. Waited till 3pm without a call to find the tyre fitting had been done, no invoice made and seemingly no intention of letting me know it'd been done. Anyway, took it in my stride, paid my bill and went to my car. Trim from back bumper was ripped out with the tabs broken. Spoke to the guy who done the fitting who couldn't care less (presumably thinking I was just out to cause a problem). He drove my car in the depot in the typical don't give a crap garage kind of way, tapped the trim back into place and thought 'job done'. Arguing my car wasn't low enough to catch the trim on anything and saying, "you can check the cctv", which would've probably shown nothing given where my car was parked when I left it. Then the manager came out and said the exact same plus the dirt on the broken tabs hiding the trim in place showed it'd been done a while back. Fine, the tabs may well have been broken but I didn't leave my bloody car like that and I didn't even get so much as an apology. My wheel lock nut box had been thrown in the glove box without a single care and items from it strewn on the passenger seat floor too. This review will get ignored just like my complaint was at the time. Just another number it seems and probably not much for them to worry about. Thought I'd write this review to get my point across though, could be worth any potential customer taking pictures of their car before they drop it off.
