Alan in the store was super friendly and helpful. I didn’t really know what I was doing as I’d never bought a carpet before, but he answered all my questions and got me all set. The carpet just got fitted today by fitters booked through the shop, and they seem to have done a good job. I was amazed at how soon I could get the carpet fitted and how quick the fitting itself was. The quote I got from Carpet Right was also cheaper than the other places I checked.
Great carpets! Excellent staff, gentlemen named Donald showed us around and his knowledge of carpets and underlay is what swayed us comparing to other stores. Very happy with service and quality of carpets.
Had a great experience shopping for beds! Was assisted by Anoushka, who was super helpful and very proactive. Got a new lovely bed and frame!

The carpet fitter that the store arranged for us damaged our radiator when removing our old flooring. The wall bracket has came completely off the wall and the radiator has been left falling off. Store manager unwilling to help as they “sub contract” fitters and the fitter who they provided and recommended to us hung up the phone and laughed at us. Awful customer service. Be careful with the fitters they suggest…
Staff was so helpful and polite helped me select a carpet and managed to get it delivered quicker than normal big thanks to Martin
