We ordered an outdoor post lamp from First Choice Lighting. I first called the company to confirm that they has stock. A lovely lady confirmed the order & stock holding and said we would receive the order within a few days. Lamp was delivered as promised, Thank you for such excellent service. We just moved into a house with just awful light fixtures. I really wasn't sure what I was looking for and fell onto their sight by accident. Wow what a selection and the prices are really good. I ordered 4 lights, a couple of days later they arrived and the quality was outstanding. I had also ordered bulbs but couldn't find any size of the sign of them so I emailed. Nicole got straight back to me very politely saying to check all the boxes, there they were cleverly packed in the 4th box. We had the lights installed and they look incredible. Fabulous style and great quality. I did need to email about some thing else and again the lovely Nicole got straight back to me. Customer service out stand and wonderful lighting. Thank you Nicole, yiu are a star.
Very helpful over the phone when enquiring about a pre order product. Shipment was fast, and then managed to help me out my delivering the product before release. Great prices too. Will 100% be using again for all future rooms. UPDATE - Placed another order and need to make a change by adding additional items. The lady on the phone was really helpful and friendly.
Fantastic service. Called to find out more details about the product before purchasing. Call was answered promptly and all my questions were answered. This gave me the confidence to purchase the decking lights I needed. They arrived well packed and promptly. Quality of the product was great, simple to set up and install. Brightness of lights were much better than I expected. Fantastic value for money. Would highly recommend this business and would certainly shop here again for my lighting needs. Will add some pictures when I have finished my decking project.
We were looking to purchase lighting for a full house and a little unsure of what would work. Very helpful, competitively priced sample items came out as promised. Will be happy to purchase everything from this company and would be happy to recommend.
Fantastic service, ordered 4 lights and some bulbs, lights arrived very quickly. The bulbs weren't included and when I emailed to query this I received a response very quickly advising they had been dispatched from a different warehouse and would be delivered the next day. The bulbs arrived as advised. The lights are good quality for a great price, would definitely order from them again
Excellent customer service from this company. I bought 3 outdoor sensor lights - 2 were perfect but one stayed on all the time I contacted them and within 2 days had areplacement light. The lights are great so bright perfect for dark corners of the garden . I would recommend this company
I’ve never felt compelled to write a review of a lighting supplier before, but these people have been SO nice, helpful and efficient. When doing a big building job, so much can go wrong and it’s so lovely when other parts go perfectly.
