Bought a bunch of carpets from these guys, the only good thing about them are the fitters. Carpet arrived with lines through it. Had to have a 4 week for a replacement, all the while walking on underlay and having exposed gripper all around the living room with a pregnant wife and a 1 year old running about. Carpet lasted 6 months even though it was one of the most expensive carpets they had. Eventually offered a new carpet after many many phone calls and missed phone calls. Carpet meant to be fitted today. I Called yesterday to make sure all was fine before I emptied my living room which I was told it was. I was Called this morning at 10 to say that the new carpet was damaged and we’ll be another few weeks before fitting was arranged again. So basically we’ll be over a month. Totally incompetent.

Paid well over the nose for carpet and vynl staff in sho are pig ignorant to deal with they really needs customer care course. Paid 2300 in cash was told carpets would be fitted at 10 am took morning of work ....lunch time still not here! Rang the shop.... spoke to See (same guy that took the cash) absolute useless. Please go elsewhere this place is a fookin joke

Quick to take the money, shoddy workmanship, and even shoddier management. Can't take note of a simple instruction, and takes them WEEKS to return calls. Still waiting. Raging.
