We had Paul clean our cream lounge carpet, just before a new suite was delivered. Paul was brilliant at getting out the old suite marks. Additional to this we had a Coke stain on the carpet that just would not shift. Amazingly Paul managed to remove the stain. For the money spent to not have to buy a new carpet, in my opinion money well worth spent. Highly Recommended.

We hired Paul mainly on the strength of his excellent reviews and his performance lived up to every word. Great professional four stage treatment that left our lounge carpet looking and feeling like new. Highly recommended.

We had our living room carpet and sofa cleaned yesterday by Carpet care and I have to say we are over the moon with the results. The carpet was very badly stained and we had tried all sorts to clean it. We even hired a rug doctor which made very little difference. A friend recommend carpet care northeast so I gave them a call. I didn't hold much hope for the carpet but the technician (Paul ) came out and was confident that he would be able to clean it. What a result! It's like new! Although Paul did admit it took longer than usual he managed to get it looking like new again. It's not only clean but it feels softer and bouncy under foot again. The sofa wasn't too dirty (or so we thought) but when we saw the colour of the water that came out of it we realised just how dirty it had got. Great service and very professional. Can't wait to see the results on the stair carpet next week. Thanks again 👍

With having a dog and a 6yr old running about the house after being outside my carpets were horrendous! I had heard that this guy was good and dosnt use the normal "rug doctor" so I thought I'd give it a shot. My carpets now look brand new. I'm so pleased and would totally recommend this company to everyone.
