Robert and his team did an incredible job fitting our parquet flooring. It looks great. There were a few hiccups along the way as we had bought the engineered oak panels from another company before booking Cavendish DeVere. Robert, in particular, kept up communication before, during and post the job so we knew what was going on along the way and kept us calm! The team worked quickly, fastidiously and skilfully negotiated some tricky corners. They also cleared up after themselves.
Working with Cavendish Devere was a pleasure, the ordering and installation process very straightforward. I made a mistake with the order and failed to order enough carpet for one additional area. Much to my surprise and delight they came back and finished the job, free of charge, some months later. Customer service was above and beyond my expectations. I don't hesitate to recommend this company and hope to order from them again and again.
Highly recommend Cavendish de Vere. Rob was so helpful in getting me some specialist floor adhesive quickly when I was in a bind. He went out of his way to assist me. Such a pleasure. I would definitely work with them for my next project. Thanks!!!
Rob, Hughie and the team were great from start to finish. Kept me up to date throughout and the fitting of a complicated Amtico parquet flooring design in the living area and hallway was completed to an extremely high standard. Highly recommended!
Super experience with Cavendish - really knowledgeable and skilled team who went above and beyond to advise on how we could get a tricky job done as we renovate our house and to produce a fantastic result - would absolutely recommend! Ps also popped back a couple of months later to fix an area that was impacted by new doors. Much appreciated
The most user-friendly experience we have had to date in the renovation of our home. Quick, clear, straightforward communication from initial approach to install - the use of Whatsapp was so easy. Helpful and knowledgeable advice. Hugh who did the install was professional and friendly, and we're thrilled with the finished product.
Had Sisal install in our staircase. First of all many floor specialists don't do Sisal as it's not an easy job. i had 3 "carpet fitters" turning me down...Not Cavendish, it shows who are the real Pro. Got great and honest advice from Robert from the start followed by a nice and neatly finish job by Hughie. Highly Recommend.
Could not recommend these guys more!!! Friendly, personable and willing to go our of their way to provide expert advice and knowledge no matter how big or small the project. I was looking for help with a small domestic job and was chuffed to bits with the lengths Rob and Hughie went to in getting it sorted for me. Having spoken to a number of other flooring contractors in the local area prior to contacting Cavendish deVere I can safely say they were the most professional and easy to deal with and I will certainly be looking to work with them again on any future projects!
Cavendish deVere installed carpet, luxury vinyl flooring and vinyl in our house January 2020. They were fantastic. The products were top quality and the service was brilliant. Hughie and his team were extremely flexible, polite and professional. They made it very simple for us and worked around our very chaotic timetable two kids, two working parents... Highly recommend.
Excellent company and very talented and professional team of people! I had a very difficult job - to wrap glass stairs with the rug; 8 other companies I contacted refused even to look at it! The guys from Cavendish deVere were not scared of the challenge and did an amazing job! The results exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend this company!
