Above the Call of Duty: Platinum service from these Guys; Colin could not have been more helpful in in a home visit, to ensure I got the measurements right for the 2 rooms I needed to carpet. He arranged for Mark a joiner to cut the doors a day prior to the installation. Steve & Graham arrived the next day to fit the carpets and transform my home to sumptuous luxury at an extremely competitive cost. As the fitting was tight with the remnant I purchased, Steve adjudged that it would be better if the join was made in an area that was at the back of the television in an area that would not be walked on: What a great vision this man has! I even had a piece left over for placing under my heavy recliner; all no trouble for these tireless professionals and, all completed with the old carpet removed in 3 hours. I am MEGA Happy, giving me a great fillip and a spring in my step!
Good choice of carpets and vinyl good prices and quick fitting. Ordered from here and was given good product advice. I had the carpet and underlay fitted within a couple of days. The vinyl I took home and fitted the same day myself. The fitters that came were very nice and was left the job clean and tidy.
Graham and the rest of the team go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. Good range of carpets and excellent fitters. I have used them twice now and always been extremely happy. Highly recommended..
We received a quote for installing a runner in our stairs. The price was excellent. When we went to the shop to make the order they realised they did not quote for underlay, so the price went up with no even a discount for their mistake. We agreed with the new price, but on installation the fitter did not put underlay in one of the steps so we had to complaint. I will not use this company again
Excellent selection of carpets to choose from, they also sell artificial grass too!! Helpful staff couldn't ask for more
