Brilliant work Danny and mate ,could not fault his work at all .how he did it I do not no .kitchen and 2 hallways in in one piece. Unbelievable  he worked really hard .cant fault him in any way ..

Absolutely brilliant service and a 5 star carpet fitter in Andy. The shop sent me a text giving me a 2 hour time slot this morning and Andy arrived on time. He laid the carpet out only to discover my husband had measured the room too short so he called the shop, they cut another carpet to the correct size and he came back at 6pm tonight to fit the correct sized one. The shop charged me an extra £40 even thought it was totally our fault. Very pleased with the service and the carpet really was a bargain and looks fabulous.

Horrific experience with this company,measurements sent and quote obtained via Facebook messenger and a following visit whereby Henry measured our 3 bedrooms and stairs and provided the same quote,day before fitting cancelled due to bereavement which was understandable however due to work commitments we could not rearrange and asked for our £75 deposit back,only to be told our quote didnt include a third bedroom we were having fitted at a later date!!!!!and they refuse to return our deposit,after providing negative feedback on Facebook and a string of unprofessional and quite frankly rude texts they contacted us via telephone aka not documented and told us they would now honour the original quote....as long as we banktransferred the outstanding balance to them that evening!!!!!!BANK TRANSFER £900 to a company who have been rude,wont admit their fault  and no written contract ???????!!!!!I DONT THINK SO!!!!  They tried to make themselves look better on Facebook by saying they had been had been reasonable and tried to rectify the situation Even though they never admitted fault AKA TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK GOOD and blocked me before I could actually respond stating they refused to refund our deposit AND wanted a bank transfer of funds with no written contract  AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND USE A BETTER MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY  I HOPE YOUVE SPENT THE £75 YOUVE REFUSED TO REFUND US WELL ,WONDER  HOW MANY MORE PEOPLE YOU HAVE DONE THIS TOO ,CONMEN  AVOID AVOID AVOID
