Despite being very busy, James was generous with his time & has been most helpful today. I am looking forward to my new washer installation on Monday. Delighted with Euronics Warsop on the two occasions we've needed their services for repairs. Sadly, on both occasions, the outcomes were uneconomical to repair, but their price structure for examination and diagnosis made it highly viable for us. In these times the norm is a race to the bottom price wise although I'm sure they're competitive for sale items too so it's a welcome change to experience some good old fashioned customer service, sadly none existent from many of their competitors.

Not only delighted with my new integrated fridge fitted by Andy and Jason but then James went the extra mile and printed off the 5yr warranty when my own printer wouldn't perform! Brilliant service! Many thanks
