the interior and outdoor space are very pleasant to catch up with friends and relatives. The food quality from the branch according to the chef. We are lucky to have a great chef. the food taste is very rich. the portion is just right for individual. the price is reasonable compared to the quality and portion of food. The pasta source are very delicious. They offer gluten free pasta which is an additional connivence to people who cannot have normal pasta. The steaks are very thick and juicy, the sides are very delicious. it would be worth paying such price to enjoy the meal. The staff are very focus on their job position, they are showing politeness but not smiling or having eye contact with customer, purely take the order and leave. I am not sure if this is the matter of service if it is, the staff could be ore causal (less stress) and say hi to customer with a pleasant conduct.

Was very pleasantly surprised by Carluccios I thought this would be another chain that promises but doesn't deliver. The service was excellent, we hadn't booked and were a party of 9 and so they moved things around and made us feel welcome. The food was very good and arrived quickly. My son's food arrived first which is always a bonus. Do go here if you fancy tasty food sympathetically prepared and there aren't any independent gems in the area.

Desperately slow service. Waiting an hour for main course. Don't bother coming here. Terrible.

Had meal here with my girlfriend and must say - slow, sloppy service, starters ok, mains - deli chicken salad & Genelli pasta were bland and tasteless. Would not revisit. Noticed not even the chef or staff are Italian. Worst £50 spent. Too polite to actually say. As am Italian I can cook better!!
