Absolutely amazing service!! Especially from staff member Jamie. I was looking for jeans and Jamie spent at least 20-30 minutes explaining the different fits and cuts, what models of trouser to look for, what he personally wears and prefers, and alternate fits of jean from different brands. He had to serve other customers at the till a few times but always came back to see how I was getting on & gave advice. The two pairs of trousers I bought were already discounted from retail price, but after learning it was my birthday, Jamie applied further discounts. Had to get his name and write a positive review. Thank you so much Jamie!!!
Poor customer service experience. When I searched an item on Google it showed in stock at Cannock. I tried to call and confirm but no answer. Took the drive there, people at the till just shrugged their shoulders and said we just get sent random things.nnIt should be made more clear, this is not really a normal store. It is just the odd items that couldn't sell elsewhere. Cooky stuff.
Smart looking store with some decent deals. However your staff on the 2nd March 2024 around 2.30PM need some serious customer service training.nnI was browsing through some of your t-shirts in your busy store near the entrance and was approached by one of your staff.nnNo hello just rudely, move away from the door it's setting off the alarm! After this I was ignored when asking for help and when checking out didn't even get a hello! Couldn't even look me in the eye. Pathetic. Get another job if you don't like working in retail. Not the kind of service you expect with what is quite an expensive brand in the UK.
Amazing service, very lovely staff and super welcoming especially Jamie who helped me find exactly what I needed and was very knowledgeable of their products. Will definitely come back thank you so much!
