One star given considering how rude the member of staff was who broke down outside pure gym! At first glance it wasn't obvious she had broken down but when I offered assistance my partner is a mechanic I got a mouth full of abuse! Having worked in care I no how hard it is bit the way I was spoken to was shocking

I have worked in Caremark off and on for the past 7 years. I absolutely love my job and the flexibility that the office offer that allows me to work around my family life. Emily and Richard have always been super supportive and I feel like they really go out of their way to be approachable for staff regarding any issues we may have, work related or personal. I hope to have many more years with them!

I can say with 100% certainty that working here is a mistake, everyones out for themselves, no teamwork whatsoever people come and go 24/7 absolute dog water management that only care about the money involved and not at all the clients. Not impressed with the level of training whatsoever or the people running their office its a complete shambles!!!!!

Absolutely shocking place for care off its clients and the treatment off its employees, employees shifts taken to the point of no shifts at all to support there family because off miscommunication between a very un organised office. Very tempted to take them up for this.

Working for Caremark was the best decision I could have made. I received excellent training, made lots of friends & started work each day with a smile on my face. Staff are treated really well and Emily was the best boss I have ever had. I was able to gain lots of experience and learn new skills by starting off as a care and support worker in the community, to working as a care coordinator in the office. Caremark were very flexible and always accommodating with my Uni commitments. I was very sad to leave and only left Caremark due to moving to Australia. I can honestly say that I loved every minute of working at Caremark and would highly recommend it as a place to work, or to those looking for a great company to look after your loved ones.

If I could give zero I would. Got accepted for the role, went for two days training unpaid, including travel to and from the training. I was informed, I would receive an elearning email on the last day of training. After telephoning the head office 4 times over the course of two weeks, to get an update on the progress, I was yet again fobbed of. Zero communication and false promises. Disaster setup. Much better organisations out there.

I came to work for caremark almost two years ago now and I honestly can say they are a fantastic company to work for.  The office staff go out of there way to accommodate your needs a's well as clients.I love my job as a carer and have been a carer for twenty years. This company in Bangor  really value there home care team.

I have worked here previously for about 18months  and enjoyed my time there, has no issues with communication and found support to be excellent.
