"Carcroft Village Social Club is a not for profit organisation, managed by a committee elected from its members. We pride ourselves on being at the heart of the local community and support several junior football teams, 2 adult football teams, a pool team, a ladies' and a men's darts team. We hold subsidised special events for kids and senior citizens including trips to the coast, pantomimes and special fund raisers for charity. Great club, beer/lager not too bad although No stella
This is only the 2nd time I have been in since the lock down, and both times it as been empty, the turn was ok but dated, singing old 60's songs, hardly going to get people in, then again their comity is made up of old men, needs younger people and not just men, with fresh idea's, it's such a shame, it used to be fill on, Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's nights, if they don't do something soon, I can see it going the same way as many Pubs and Clubs and closing down.
Shame about the result but great venue & madri great price
Nice place but well over priced for drinks , Doncaster at least £1 cheaper for same drinks
Went to see a relative who was playing in the band that was on. It was great to see the club was packed, just like they used to be. Drinks were well priced. All in all we a great place.
One of the best clubs. There's a friendly guy on the door, ample parking space with plenty of pickup and drop off space. Wheelchair access. Huge tap side full of the younger end. It does get rowdy and loud but it's a friendly environment, nice cosy snug area with weekly live entertainment on Fridays and a huge concert room on Saturdays. Friendly staff, nice choice of beverages..
It good value for money and a good place to gether with friends
A really friendly and welcoming club with live acts playing regularly, the night I last went it was a live band covering soul and motown, really professional and as good as the originals. Anyone looking for a quiet drink or an extatic night out should definitely come here.
Great venue. For young and old. One half of venue has young crowd playing pool and snooker. For the older generation live music fantastic atmosphere and good prices. I've sang here many times and it's always a great night.
