We insured the motor home with caravan guard fab team very polite and friendly on the phone I also had my parents insure their caravan and they was impressed how easy they made it and the price was better than anywhere els too snd offered more coverage!! Highly recommend

Used them for our caravan insurance, always had excellent customer service from them when needed to make any adjustments etc.

Our first venture into a camper van life. After several days of faffing around with various quotes, spoke to  Caravan Guard.   The telephone service was brilliant.  Of all the companies I had contacted, these girls were methodical , knowledgeable and kind in answering my many questions. I was very reassured and would recommend this company.

We broke down in our motorhome south of Milan.  We experienced a very stressful time but Axa recovery were phenomenal, particularly the international department.  Excellent communication sometimes every day, we flew home after 2 weeks and the motorhome was repatriated separately and safely.  Insurance on return paid out promptly.  Can’t thank you enough for helping us through this at times very very challenging situation,thank god that we had proper insurance and professional people to deal with. Had we not had insurance our bill would have been thousands! Our advice to anyone venturing into Europe is to have the appropriate cover. Many thanks Caravan Guard and Axa international recovery team, from two very grateful people. If we could award 10 stars you would get it! Pete&Linda.

Have been insured with Caravan Guard a few years now. Not had to claim yet but so far everything has been good. Reasonable price for insurance and the staff are helpful especially if I forget to renew in time I get a friendly call to do it over the phone.

Very disappointed to hear that Caravan Guard will be charging us £30 just to cancel our fully paid up policy as we sold our caravan, been with them for over 7 years .......there's no such thing as a freephone number every call you make costs minimum £30 despite lasting under 1 minute, so buyer beware check the small print, you end up paying 'them' to effectively save 'them' money by reducing their liability .....which they have already charged you for....crazy ...wont be using them for our new van !!!
