Brutal service. My car was damaged in the clean. The central council was knocked or leaned heavily on and now the switch for the passenger side window and the temperature gauge don’t work. In addition to this I had the seats shampooed and it was so wet that the car was unusable without wearing a full set of waterproof clothing for 2 weeks. I phoned a few times to complain and got the same response each time- “the manager will call you back” I never received this call and in the end they blocked my number.

Very bad service. I paid £120 for my small camper van cleaned outside and cab. They didn't clean the roof, still green the engine bay still dirty, still dirt marks on side of van. I should of went to sainsburys and paid 5 pound and finished it my self

Don't use these people. Turn up a day late for internal valet and leaves the whole of the inside surfaces sticky. Had to do it all again myself. Incompetent.
