I parked my car and asked for an interior and exterior clean, which the cheapest was £35, apparently. I left my car with the valets for two hours, when I got back it was far from complete, despite the guys telling me it was ready to go. As I did what many of us would do, I checked my car for dirt inside and out, smudges and other bits. The windows were not cleaned, wax was on large parts of the body work, the mats were not washed (despite being part of the service), the boot wasn't hovered and tyres were not slicked. I strongly suggest not using this valet because they simply overcharge for an incomplete service. They always have an excuse why something has not been done! Dreadful!
