Very disappointed. Bought a car that had a rear passenger door lock failure. Told dealer about the problem and took my car in several times to sort the problem out but unable to fix. In the end had to take car to vw dealership to fully rectify the problem after car sales Wales was ignoring me and my phonecalls. I will never buy a car or recommend anyone else to do so from car sales wales as they have caused me a great deal of hassle and loss of money.

I was looking for a Volvo S60. Some might laugh but I knew what I wanted and Car Sales Wales had one at a fair price. Some car dealers will be less than honest so I travelled 70 miles because this company was one of the few with a fair amount of good reviews on Auto Trader. It was worth the trip. The car was as described and just what I had hoped, considering this was 16 years old and not their usual, more upmarket, car. (don't be fooled by the age, this is a nice car and has been looked after) After a good look around and test drive a deal was struck and they took my old car as part-ex ( I was realistic that my old Focus was only fit for scrap) I then drove the new-to-me Volvo home, another 70 miles. Lee and Tony are nice guys who made me feel welcome and sorted out the Road Tax online for me while I was on the phone to my insurers. A pleasure doing business with them so credit where it's due. Thanks fellas.

Excellent service, constant support after buying if anything goes wrong. Couldn't ask for more from a dealer.
