Much better now that they have a simpler and working pay system = just park and put your number plate into the machine on return. Confusing signs from earlier and alternative schemes could do with being removed.
Congratulations - even though there's 4 - 5 parking apps that have come before you, you've managed to somehow learn nothing from them and make a mobile app that's gone back in time. From the awful UI user interface choices you've made, an apparent lack of of UX user experience involvement and a poor integration into Android, you've succeeded in making a sub-par app. It was very frustrating having to navigate it today.
Would give it no stars, if I could!! I went yesterday to the cinema and parked in there. Put £5 in coins in the machine and no ticket given. No one there to help so I went to another machine and use another £5 so £10 in total and finally got a ticket for my parking. Found a man who worked there who wasn’t really that bothered about it and he couldn’t open the machine. He knew it was broken and never put a sign on it hence why I got caught out by it, and actually said to me “ can you not do without the money??” Left my name and number as he said I would get a call today to be able to pick up my money, but no call and still have my name and number. When I came back from the cinema, he had finally put a sign up saying it was broken.
Would be nice to know opening and closing time. Because sure as hell it’s not open all day. Also app tend to turn off and sometimes freeze while u pay so… 1 from me.
No receipt available even when you check on the website. No good for business use if you want to reclaim your expenses.
