I sold my car in Leominster car auctions, few months down the line I received a letter for a fine from dvla. It was Leominster car auctions responsibility to deal with all the paperwork, to take the car off my name. They took the full logbook from me, and never gave me anything back. Very disappointing as I thought it would be a hassle free sale and as a business you would think to trust them to be ontop of all this. Now I have to go out my way to send letters back out to dvla to say I had sold the car.
Took my mercedes to the auction.....on the tuesday .....was helped by a very friendly lady at the desk......received a cheque the following week .....more than impressed
The worse experience I've had in my life. I bought a car that was advertised as a runner car and when you pay £12000+ for a car you should receive what was advertised, when I drove the car out of the auction the car broke down, it was like Christmas tree in the dashboard and when I went back to the auction they said that they can't help me. This wasn't the first time that this has happened but this was the last time that I will be visiting the auction.
hello, everyone who sees this message, don't go there, you'll be left with no money and a broken car, or they'll tell you to leave it there to be resold to trick other people, you won't be able to take it again money back !
BE WARNED. Most vehicles have a reserve price, the auctioneer wont tell you this. We went, bid, won the bid, and they wont give us the car. Whats the point in the auction? Meanwhile did I mention that you cant bid for other cars since its not guaranteed that you'll get the one you won?.... Seriously, do not waste your time. Absolute joke of an auction, massive corruption, and not worth a minute. Massive massive disappointment.

Been going back and forth for years the system has changed from the last time but the staff were great
