Clean, neat and tidy. Very friendly staff. Orders generally cooked quickly while you wait, but waiting time may be longer at busy times. Now offering a wider range - e.g. kebabs, pakoras, etc. Been using fairly regularly and never had a bad meal yet. Romy is very helpful and always pleasant and cheerful.

I don't ever write a review on one experience as that wouldn't be fair. I've now had the unfortunate experience of eating from here twice. Everything except for the chips was overcooked. The batter is tough and chewy, the fish way too firm because it's been overcooked. The place runs like a fair, with little to no direction. Because of this it takes an age to get your order. I waited nearly 40 minutes for 2 fish suppers and a small sausage supper. The sausage was tiny. It gets two stars only because the chips were decent second time round. I won't be back.

Never had a bad meal from Romy's! Don't read bad reviews, go and try for yourself and you won't be disappointed.
