Stranded with nothing but the shipwrecked remains of his beloved galleon Captain Jack set about building a Bar and Grill where he would sell dishes he had discovered on his voyages. Now famous far and wide for his double dipped, extra wide, pork ribs and stacker-burgers layered with fresh ingredients and toppings, you will find Captain Jacks open for business beside the Blackpool Promenade doors in Coral Island."

When I sat down in here and read the menu, I thought the food would be just cheap pub food. Fortunately I was wrong and the food was very nice. It was quite busy probably best booking a table in advance dispite that, our meals were quick to arrive. I'm not sure how many times we simply passed this place by, I'm glad that we stopped in here for food. Kid-friendliness: The restaurant has a nice pirate theme.
Nice themed bar inside coral island amusements. Kids under 10 eat free with adults so good deal... though we didn't have any food so not sure what it's like. Just a few beers....they had a great selection of draft beers.
Overpriced, mediocre food that was Luke warm, chips were half cooked and my blackened cod had burnt tray bits underneath it. Looks like a cool place did not impress. Best thing about it we're the cocktails
Just on beach front in Blackpool friendly staff, plenty of seating, didn't eat but what saw of the food did look nice, menu is good and drinks option, nicely done inside with a nice atmosphere
Nice atmosphere Service good food was not that nice the burgers were over cooked and very Dry, and price bid not math the food quality.Food: 2/5
For a place that is such a central tourist location in Blackpool; this place was very efficient, staff was very helpful and always smiling, service was fast. Family based restaurant. Reasonably priced. Nicely themed decorated. Nice ambience. Food was delicious. Wide variety of drink. Throughly enjoyed.
Excellent ribs wings and burgers. Choices for the little ones too. Nice atmosphere and reasonable prices. Great service thanks. Drinks and bar. Good choice.Food: 5/5
Lovely food, friendly staff willing to help where ever possible. Nicely decorated giving the real pirates theme and feel, added bonus of pirates of the Caribbean playing on the tv's throughout the restaurant. Great experience, sure we will go back again soon! Kid-friendliness: Children are allowed in this restaurant. Parking: Local parking behind Coral Island, main parking areas for all attractions in the vicinity. Can get full pretty quickly but spaces can also become available just as quick as the day progresses and people leave etc.
Dined here one evening during our stay in Blackpool. Ordered the Sirloin Steak, it was cooked perfectly and the portion sizes are brilliant. Prices are very fair too. The staff are friendly and professional.Food: 5/5
So the food was ok... Plenty of it . Sharer, we wont bother with again but our hanging kebabs were pretty good, service was slow in fact we had to try and get the waiters attention and ask if we could order food. Would we go again? I think so, seemed like fair value.Food: 4/5
