Highly recommend Ryz for physio treatment. Accurate diagnosis of the problem with my hip and upper leg muscles. Clear explanation of issue and treatment plan. Five sessions of massage later, I am much improved and have an effective set of flexibility and strengthening exercises to move forward with. All in all, a very friendly and professional service.

Service from Ryz was great. It was clear from the first session he really knew his stuff and he was always extremely friendly, professional and committed to success.

Ryz was great as he managed to make my healing process a lot faster. I definitely recommend this place, and the gym is also in excellent shape!

I visited Capital Physio about a left shoulder pain, Ryz was fantastic! On initial assessment, he identified and explained what was wrong with my shoulder. He also provided helpful tips on subsequent sessions on how to improve my shoulder stability and get back into exercising again. He has a way with people that will have you fully relaxed around him. Thanks, to Ryz am back in the gym!

Riz is an excellent physio. Explained the exact issue, provided tips for between sessions and most importantly helped to repair my back much quicker than I thought! Highly recommended!
